Cancellation Policy

Though we hope you consider transferring your registration to a different conference instead of cancelling, CME Seminars offers the best cancellation policy of any CME conference company! Cancel for ANY reason prior to the first day of the conference and we will refund 100% of your registration fee.

International attendees often require an Invitaiton Letter. If we issued you an Invitation Letter to attend a CME Seminars conference and you need to cancel your registration, there will be a deduction of $150 from your registration fee to cover the cost of your Invitation Letter.

CME Seminars offers both in person attendance and live streaming webinars. When you register for a conference, you can choose either option. If you change your mind about how you want to attend, CME Seminars offers a refund or upcharge for the difference in ticket price.
